FAQ

Clear answers for a calmer start.

Who is the masterclass for?

It is designed for emerging designers, founders, and creative professionals who want a structured approach to logo and identity decisions.

Do I need advanced software skills?

No. The lessons focus on thinking, sketching, critique, and presentation. Software demonstrations are kept practical and tool-neutral.

How is the catalog organized?

Resources are grouped by category and level, with search, filters, sorting, and pagination for quick browsing.

What does Fallows do?

Fallows is your private browser-based list for resources you want to revisit. It uses localStorage and does not require an account.

Can I add several resources to the cart?

Yes. Add any catalog item more than once, then adjust quantities on the cart page before reviewing the total.

Are there photographs in the lessons?

The site interface is intentionally photo-free and uses typography, color, and CSS shoreline motifs to keep attention on the work.

How can I ask for help?

Use the contact form with your name, email, phone, and a detailed message so the studio can respond with relevant context.

Does the site support dark mode?

Yes. The header theme control stores your preference locally so it can be restored on future visits.
